Deadline forum support, anyone watching?

Hello,
I remember so far whenever we had any issues with deadline support on forums was really fast to get to it or at least answer at all.
Now I’m waiting for a while now to get an answer about two issues but nothing is happening. Should I ignore the forum and go and try contact support directly now?

1 issue is cinema r21 support
and other, more important is that limit concurrent tasks per worker limit is not working at all.
And yet no one got to reply on the issue at all?

For now, directly contacting support via https://support.thinkboxsoftware.com/ is the best way to get answers to medium-importance issues and phones for urgent ones.
