Deadline Monitor crash bug - easy to recreate

Hi guys,

We found that Deadline monitor is crashing when you do the following steps:

  1. in deadline monitor Jobs search box type anything you want to search for, and then press Enter
  2. Click on the Ego-Centric Sorting button to turn it off or on.

The monitor crashes every time.

Happens on 4 different users and wks.

Deadline Monitor version. 10.0
Deadline Client version: 10.0.13.6

works fine for me on 10.0.18.1 on Windows 10

Looks like this bug was fixed in 10.0.15.5

Martin,could let us know the exact service pack of Deadline you’re on (ie. 10.0.18)? It’ll help us figure out if there’s further issues or if it’s already been fixed and you just need to upgrade.

Edit: Oops. my eyes must have glazed over the original post :blush:. Could you try upgrading and see if you still the get the crash?

We are holding on updates during production final stages since we had some bad experiences :slight_smile:
