Recently we’ve installed Deadline to our Office PCs, There are currently 4 submitters and 4 Nodes in total (originally 2 submitters and 6 nodes. There is also a PC acting as a the main manager for these machines. At the first installation everything was working correctly and the tests were coming out fine and the Logs did not have any errors at all. 2 of the current submitters were originally part of the pool before being removed and used as submitters. Prior to removing the 2 PCs everything was working as intended. Recently, when submitting jobs, errors regarding the repository have popped up:
The submitter is being pointed to the .pfx file but there are still Flexnet Licensing errors that occur when submitting a job:
This happens for each of the Nodes in the pool that isn’t the Manager which the license file is located.
the nodes seem to be having difficulty finding a license file. This occurs when submitting using the plug-in included in the installation files. when submitting using launcher however, the nodes seem to work somewhat and can output renders with the exception of a few errors:
Here is another test where the nodes did not flag any netowrk errors but would not render or output any of the renders:
Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
