Deadline prevents reboot, errors instead

A few times now I’ve seen some of our machines that were told to reboot will get stuck during the shutdown, and start erroring on any job that tries to pick up on that machine. The reboot looks to have been initiated through means other than Deadline’s remote control, and since a job was assigned at the moment of the reboot, a popup appears informing me that a job is assigned. Then, the Slave will continue searching for new jobs, regardless of the fact that the machine is trying to shutdown/reboot, and errors out on every job it tries to pick up.

I was hoping that the Slave would be able to time-out the popup window so that the machine can reboot itself regardless if a job is assigned or not. Alternatively, don’t look for new jobs while that popup is open, and once the slave becomes idle again the popup can go away and the machine can reboot.

Thanks!

This popup should only be appearing if the close is being triggered from the Slave UI directly, so we’ll have to get that fixed.

Thanks!
