On the partitioning rollout if we hit “Detect deadline NOW!” it does recognize deadline but it does not provide deadline submission settings of deadline! Once we go on the drop down box and switch back to “Do not detect deadline” and again “Detect and use deadline”, just then the deadline submission settings appear!

Can you post before and after screenshots of what you are seeing?
Also a step-by-step list would be good as I might be doing something wrong.
Note that RC1 would fail to recognize Deadline when the Rollout was opened because the timeout was too short (at least on our network), so my RC2 version has that fixed.
When I open the rollout now, all settings match the latest settings of the Deadline submitter.

The time out could be the reason , will check opn RC2 and if it appears again will let you know!
