The deadline submission for partitions should at the minimum warn if the tasks are not following strict sequential frame order. I just submitted a bunch of partitions with every nth half raster refine where n=8.

Fixed. The order will be set by Krakatoa to #normal before submitting, then reset back to whatever it was. Same with Preview Frames job submission, just in case.
Should you find any other settings where SMTD interferes with Krakatoa Deadline settings, please let me know.
