when the job startup,the slave programe out of work,the slave windows disappeared.
the error is:

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is

corrupt. (System.AccessViolationException)

Hi there,

A few initial question:

  1. Which version of Windows are you rendering on?
  2. Do you get this error on all slaves, or is it just specific ones?
  3. Does the error happen every time the slave picks up a job, or is it random?
  4. Does this only happen with Maya jobs? Are you able to render other jobs successfully?

Hopefully this info will help us narrow down the problem.

1,windos 2003 for 64bit

That’s strange, because the error is referring to MayaBatch.py…

We may need to look at the slave log file. After a slave has reported a few of these errors, go to the slave machine and from the Slave application, select Help → Explore Log Folder. Send us the most recent slave log and we’ll take a look.
