DeadlineClient-10.1.18.5-osx-installer is actually 10.1.18.4?

When I run the macOS Deadline Client installer from the downloaded Deadline-10.1.18.5-osx-installers.dmg it says, “Welcome to the Deadline Client 10.1.18.4 Setup Wizard”. Checking further, running /Volumes/Deadline-10.1.18.5-osx-installers/DeadlineClient-10.1.18.5-osx-installer.app/Contents/MacOS/installbuilder.sh --version does indeed return
Deadline Client 10.1.18.4 --- Built on 2021-07-30 13:15:11 IB: 19.8.0-201908292230

Is this an error or did nothing change so it’s expected?

it’s the same with most of the releases, I imagine they released 10.1.18.4 realised there was an issue with it and immediately pull it, fix it, change the name on the file and put it up again without changing any internal version references.

Is there any possibility of including the release notes for the smaller point releases and what they have changed? 10.1.4.0 was recently released then followed up a few days later with 10.1.4.1 Without any notes on what was changed I don’t know whether it’s worth updating again or whether it’s irrelevant?? It’s not the first time this has gone through like this.
