Our team are finding it difficult to integrate Deadline Draft jobs submitted with Maya renders as the creation of the draft job triggers the override of the parent job’s comment to .
We use this comment to highlight important information about the job in the unexpanded job list view in Deadline.
To elaborate, we submit multi-task/layer Maya/Redshift render jobs. The Draft job gets generated at render completion with it’s own comment “Job Created by Draft Event Plugin”. When this happens, the parent job for the renders and the draft job gets the comment “”. We want to disable this last step.
Is there a way we can disable this so that the original comment isn’t changed?
