disabled slave: keeps trying to launch

It seems like the launcher does not respect this value. When you have a disabled slave, the slave still keeps trying to relaunch itself due to the power management settings.

I get a popup saying “i am actually disabled” or something along those lines, then a countdown from 20 seconds. And it does that every couple minutes.

Its a minor issue (but a bit annoying when you are remoted into the box, and even though its disabled, deadline keeps popping up )

Yeah, it’s always been the case where the slave checks if it’s been disabled at startup. The launcher is completely obvious.

We should actually have the power management code take this into account and not try to start up disabled slaves in the first place.

I’ve logged this as a bug.
