Does not move to the next render

Hello, I need to render 15 frames on my computer. After the 1st frame render is completed, it does not go to the next frame. Can you help me with this problem?

There’s a couple things to check, I’ll list them in order of easiest to check to hardest:

  • Are the other tasks in the ‘Queued’ state or are they in some other state? If they’re queued then they’re available to be picked up.

  • If you right click the job in the Monitor and go to ‘Find Render Candidates’ does the UI say that your Workers have permission to render the job?

  • Sign into one of the render nodes that should be working on the job and check the deadlineslave logs for the word ‘Exception’, that’ll accompany most errors the Workers will have.

The logs will be on the machine in one of these locations:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Thinkbox\Deadline10\logs
Linux: /var/log/Thinkbox/Deadline10
Mac OS X: /Library/Logs/Thinkbox/Deadline10
