Because a failed job can still have completed tasks, I think the Job Output menu should be enabled if any of the job’s tasks are completed.
We don’t disable the output menus for failed jobs (I just confirmed this here). The only reason the output menu should be missing for jobs is if they didn’t define any output information in the job info file on submission.
