Drag and drop task assignment

Hello,

Does Deadline have any hidden drag and drop operations for assigning task? It would be great to select a slave and assign or re-assign it to a task.

If the drag and drop function doesn’t exist, what is the basic procedure for manually assigning a slave to a specific task? Is assigning it to a group the only method?
All I see when you right click on a slave is “Find Task In List”.

You can use the whitelist/blacklist feature to assign or exclude specific slaves from jobs. Just right-click on the job in the Monitor and select Modify Machine Limit. If your job as a whitelist, then it will only render on the slaves in that list.
