Drive mapping and GPO issues

Hey everyone, and thanks for this amazing tool. It’s been a blast using it so far.

I have issues with Deadline service overriding Active directory group policies drive mapping on Windows when a user log in on the workstation (which is also a render node). Deadline is running as a service.

Here’s my setup :

It may be the service starting before the GPO apply, but i have no idea how to start deadline after the GPO apply, or how GPO can override service changes.

Hi,

Did you try checking the box for “Only map drives when the Worker is running as a service” down at the bottom?

Just wondering.

It’s unchecked, because if I check it, then Deadline become unable to map drives correctly during a task …
