I would like to get email notifications when a job is complete but can’t get it to work. I have confirmed that the username/password/outgoing server/port are correct but I get this when sending a test email:
“Attempting to send test email…
Error occurred while trying to send email:
System.Net.Mail.SmtpException - Failure sending mail.
System.Net.Internals.SocketExceptionFactory+ExtendedSocketException - Operation timed out [::ffff:23.111.140.91]:26”
I have tried it with SSL and Non-SSL setting but no luck.
Using Deadline 10.1.7.1
