EnvironmentKey issues

I’m having a problem with a particular render that requires the environment variables to be set just so, so I want to pass on my local environment variables to deadline for the slave machines to use. I read the posts, and looked at the links and I’m not seeing where I set the EnvironmentKey values or where I set UseJobEnvironmentOnly=True.

The issue at hand is vray doesn’t like to run the post translate python scripts if it doesn’t have the paths just so. funny, hasn’t caused an issue until now, but there you go.

You set these in the job info file, which is the first file that is submitted with the job. These options currently aren’t exposed to any submitters, so you’ll have to customize them a bit to include these settings.

Looks like I have it working, vray post translate scripts are running. The next issue is getting the vray massive shader working, but that’s not your issue.
