"EnvironmentKeyValue" setting is not reflected

Hello. I’m using Nuke.

The files I’ve modified are as follows:

  1. DeadlineRepository10\scripts\Submission\NukeSubmission.py
  2. DeadlineRepository10\submission\Nuke\Main\SubmitNukeToDeadline.py

The initial setting is as follows: “/inhouse/rez_packages/ocio/aces_1.2/config.ocio”

Due to an AES error, I had to modify the path value to “N:/inhouse/rez_packages/ocio/aces_1.2/config.ocio”. I’ve tried all of the following steps:

  1. Editing the files
  2. Restarting Deadline
  3. Rebooting

However, despite trying all of the above methods, the EnvironmentKeyValue setting was not updated. I have a feeling it might be stored in MongoDB.

Anyway, if anyone knows a solution, please let me know. Thank you in advance. Wishing you happiness and peace always.

Hello

I can think of some situations when it might not work:

  1. You will need to submit a new job, the already existing job wont update.
  2. You have got Submission Script in the custom folder which is why the default one not working.
  3. The script needs to be reinstalled, I doubt that because you are not changing the client script.

Could you test and confirm?

Hello, thank you for responding quickly to my advice.
I tried again this morning, following your advice.

In the end, the settings weren’t applied because I didn’t restart the Nuke Client.
I feel foolish for not checking such a simple matter…

Have a great day!

All good!!

I am glad it worked for you.
