This on three windows Vista machines both through the command line (silent) and through the GUI.
Does the account that you’re running the installer under have the necessary permissions to copy files to the c:/Program Files/Thinkbox/Deadline7 folder?
It should. I disabled UAC entirely and it worked on the vista machines. But now it’s not working on a Windows 8.1 machine.
Windows 8 issue was due to the installer not killing the process.
