Error trying to update to 10.2 on Ubuntu

Running the installer as usual, but getting an error after choosing to use existing MongoDB (see attachment). Please help.

Hello @scottimation

I think this is because the hostname of the DB machine is unreachable from the machine you are running the upgrade. Ping the hostname of the Database from the machine in question.

If ping works, check if the hostname or IP address of the DB machine differs from the ones in the error?

If they are similar, then run deadlinecommand like below to get the current DB settings:

Prints the given repository’s connection.ini file contents to stdout.

Repository The path to the repository root

The hostname is the DB machine. Ping is just fine, IP and hostname are accurate. Have been runnning Deadline on this server since version8. Never an issue with install (that I can remember)

Cannot seem to dun deadlinecommend, get “command not found”

Navigated to “DeadlineRepository10\settings”, opened connection.ini, there is no line for “Repository The path to the repository root”
