event opt-in?

Is there a way to have events globally enabled for all jobs, but ‘opt-in’ for slaves?

When i use the opt-in state option, i need both jobs and slaves to opt-in. For the particular case we have on hand, we are trying to constrain the event trigger to certain machines, but all jobs.

Not directly. I’d put a guard in the code if you can. If not in [blessed machine list], return.

I’m not sure how often something like this may be needed, but we’d also need to provide some kind of interface to configure it dynamically. Like, constrain by region or similar.
