Failed to Launch Kernel > Redshift in C4D

Hello,
for a few days now i keep getting the following error on every other project i upload to the farm:

2020-06-16 09:01:55: 0: STDOUT: Failed to launch kernel (CUDA_ERROR_INVALID_VALUE). This is possibly due to a GPU crash. Please re-render this scene with the ‘Debug Capture’ option enabled (in the Redshift ‘System’ tab) and, once you get the crash again, send the developers the log file html and bin files located in C:\ProgramData\Redshift\Log/Log.Latest.0. I googled the possibilities and one was a TDR problem for the graphics card and i set up the way i found in a substance painter forum Substance Forum link

That didn’t help either.

I am currently running the experimental version of Redshift 3.0.20 on all the workstations and workers. It usually works only every once in a while it just dies… no idea why… Can this have something to do with Deadline as such or is this definitely a Redshift problem?

EDIT:// the problem is Redshift Object Tags… the Matte Object function doesn’t work perfectly in 3.0.20 yet…

redshift has a benchmark tool built in, try running it on the local machine to make sure it can render ok, (sounds like it can if the issue is intermittent)

did you send the log off to redshift?

are you using multiple GPU’s and are you using any kind of affinity?

are you running any kind of GPU monitoring (MSI Afterburner etc?)
