fireball workflow

Hi BoBo,

could Prime Focus provide a simple example for fireball rendering workflow?
though not sure if the fire in film A-Team was done by krakatoa.

ahhhh yeah that would be kinda fun… be nice to see a way to accomplish some fire type effects without the use of a fluid sim.
not all of us have fume or our own “proprietary fluid sim system.” heheh But im guessing using the fuel, and temp settings
really helps drive the emission channel

Unfortunately, I was not directly involved in the A-Team project, so I cannot reveal any internal workflows.
Also I don’t think we worked on any fire-related effects on that show, but I could be wrong.
When we need fire, we use FumeFX.
