In researching it took me to this doc link to identify the problem
https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/licensing/1.0/Licensing%20Guide/error1.html

Solution 1: I already installed Deadline on the slave and it didn’t work.
Solution 2:** Alternatively, you can copy the license file to the current installed location and re-name it ‘Thinkbox.lic’.

I do not know where the License file is so I did a search and found this Doc
https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/licensing/1.0/Licensing%20Guide/defaultconfig.html

But when I go to C:/ Program Files/ThinkBox There is no License Server Directory, just the Deadline directory. Inside the Deadline directory, I do not see any license server folder either?

I am unsure what to do next to solve this problem? Been researching this for almost 24 hours now and I need some help. Thanks

It looks like the license server has not been installed for the Deadline Client. Grab the License server installer from download website and run it. Point the installer to the License File, you got from our Sales Team. If not yet, you can get the license file reaching out to our Sales team.

Please set the Clients license server to @[hostname[ where [hostname] = server name hosting the license server. You can do this by right clicking the Deadline Launcher and selecting change license server.

You can also set the license server for all Clients that connect to the farm using Auto-configuration:
