Flexnet Licensing Error 10,32

Hi

I am getting the following message all of a sudden on my deadline slave logins and I am not sure what the issue is. I have checked in this forum and elsewhere, but do not see a similar problem faced by any. Could you let me know what the issue could be ?

Out of curiosity, if you use a text editor to open the file at the path that was listed and look inside, does the 3rd line start with

FEATURE deadline thinkbox 5.10 permanent 4 SIGN=

In our system, your license looks exactly like that - 4 nodes of 5.1 without expiration date.
Is it possible that some old license file was found instead of the permanent one?

I find it suspicious because the invoice was created on November 29, 2011 and the purchase was closed on January 30, 2012, and the expiration date you saw was right between these dates. So it appears to me that some old temporary file (30 days evaluation license) was found instead of the final one…

You can delete any license files from your FlexNet folder that do not contain the “permanent” text in them and instead have a specific date. If you need the permanent license resent to you, please let us know.
