How do I create a folder in the right click jobs and add my scripts to them? Simply folding them in the custom/jobs/ folder makes them disappear.

In the monitor go to Tools->Configure Script Menus and pick Job scripts. From there you can make a folder to put the links in.

It’s very easy to miss! I get reminded it’s there about twice a year, usually when folks are hunting for the multi-select option.
