FqBl1,2 crash with Fusion 5.31 Build 74

Hi,

FqBl or FqBl2 make Fusion 5.31 Build 74 crashed.
Fusion reports this,

OMP abort: Initializing libguide.lib, but found libguide40.dll already initialized.
This may cause performance degradation and correctness issues.
Set environment variable KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK=TRUE to ignore
this problem and force the program to continue anyway.
Please note that the use of KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK is unsupported
and using it may cause undefined behavior.
For more information, please contact Intel® Premier Support.

I need Awake for my current project.
Please help me.

It sounds like the two plugins may be conflicting with each other. A quick fix would be to remove one of the two frequency blur plugins from the install directory and see if that fixes the problem. I’ll look at this a bit deeper though.

Brian!

Hi Brian!

I remove frequency blur1. But Fusion crash.
I found the cause of the confliction. GenArts’s OFX Sapphire! Now I’m testing it.
I remove Sapphire, Fusion doesn’t crash. Awake is fine!
Frantic does’t use OFX Sapphire?

Hideki

I don’t think we use OFX Sapphire. We definitely aren’t using 5.32 build 74.

Brian!

I see.
I hope this problem solves one of these days.

Thank you,
Hideki

FqBl2 works fine for me with 5.31 b74.

I don’t have Sapphire, so I can’t test against that, but other OFX plugins I have work (as well as OFX plugins work).

Hi Chad

I have DE:Noise OFX version. DE:Noise works fine with FqBl or FqBl2.

Hi,

This problem was solved with build 35431.

But I have same problem with build 36148.

Please check it.

Hi Hideki,

This release should fix the problem. Chad could you try this build too since it may cause the linking errors that you were seeing earlier.

Brian!

Hi, Brian!

Thank you for your quick response.
New builds work fine!

I report,
32it-version, when i drag Blur Size slider, FqBl returns(rendering) the result at once.
But 64bit-version returns the result a little delaying.
(Fusion 5.31 build 80)

Thank you.

Another problem!

When I use new build, Fusion say ‘There is no disk in D drive. Please insert a disk in D drive.’ whenever opening file browser.

Please check it.

Hideki

Hi Hideki,

That’s a weird one. Nothing in Awake should be checking for the D: drive. Do you have a default set in Fusion somewhere?

Brian!

Hi,

  1. launch Fusion.
  2. make new comp.
  3. put LD -> open File browser for ex. Z: drive. no problem!
  4. put awake tool for example FqBl. conect LD and chenge Blur size.
  5. put another LD -> Alart(There is no disk…) -> click cansel -> open previous directory.

ummmm…
Sorry my poor english.

Hideki

Hi Hideki,

I can’t seem to replicate the problem. Does it only do it when you add an awake tool? Did it just start happening?

Brian!

Hi, Brian.

I reinstalled USB dongle’s driver. This problem was solved!

I’m sorry to trouble you.

Thank you.
