seems that only every 2nd frame is recorded, animation is playing double speed than realtime, at 24fps
Something you could try is to go into the Time Configuration dialog, and turn off “Real Time” in the Playback group.
Recording performance depends a lot on your hardware. If you have a fast hard drive, you could try clicking the Settings button in the Recording group. Then, in the Recording Options dialog, change Compression to None.
We may need to make recording more efficient. What kind of processor do you have?
i record at 30fps without drops on my computer - but i havent tested my laptop for example

im working with 2 pcs, an i7 3.5ghz with 12gb and a dual xeon at 3.5 with 24, that one has a 128gb SSD so maybe ill try that next
yeah, try 30fps. that should be native, rather than 24. maybe something is happening.
record to ssd, and you can turn stuff off if you need to
