We have had a few instances of artists submitting a job with a group set, but after the job is submitted the group changes to something different. What can I do to diagnose this issue? Thanks.

To try to get the bottom of this, we would need an example of the job files as submitted, the settings used in submission(screenshot?), as well as the settings after once the job shows up in the monitor(job properties screenshot). Now, this is easy to do on Windows. First, submit a job where this occurs. Then in windows explorer type %AppData% then navigate up to the root of AppData, then do wn to \Local\Thinkbox\Deadline6\temp and there will be job_info.job and plugin_info.job files from your most recent submissions. Take the files from the plugin you used(for example 3dsmax) and zip those up with the screenshots and send them over. If you are using another OS, you might need to search the system where those files, the plugin_info.job and so on, would be saved.
