This is a small bug. Whenever I restart the Monitor it never remembers the size of the panels. It starts up with one of them over sized with the others squeezed in.
Yeah, we’re aware of the problem, but we’re not sure how to fix it at this point. We had actually fixed it at one point, but the “fix” resulted in tabbed panels not being restored properly, so we had to revert.
