We’re in the process of evaluating a transition to lighting in Houdini using Solaris and Redshift.
USD setup aside, I’m currently able to submit to Deadline (it outputs the .rs archives), but unable to have it queue a secondary dependent Redshift Standalone job to render the archives. I’ve tried several things found on this forum and others (Redshift forum and Houdini forum), but no luck. I’d like to be able to submit from the Deadline submitter ROP without having to jump through hoops in TOPs.
One warning I keep getting is
Output path for ROP: "/stage/BTY" is not specified
Has anyone been able to successfully set this up and are using it? I’d love to pick your brain.
