help url broken

Help in smtd is broken.

	local SMTD_HelpURL = "http://www.thinkboxsoftware.com/3ds-max/"

should be

	local SMTD_HelpURL = "http://www.thinkboxsoftware.com/deadline-5-3dsmax/"

The page bookmarks. (eg. #groups) aren’t quite working either.

Yup, we just found out about this yesterday. The URL will be fixed in 5.1.
