I get an authorization error when I select copy the render job to the repository.
Is there any way to configure user and password for the Houdini plugin when copying the project to the repository?

Is that an authorization error with authenticating the network drive? If yes, you would need to specify the network drive username and password under Deadline Monitor > Tools > Configure Repository Option > Mapped Drives(Windows Only).
If this is not the issue you are running into, feel free to share the render logs with the Authentication error.

I don’t understand how I use Mapped Drives for this since the path for the job folder on the server seems to be auto generated.
I want our Houdini students to be able to use this submit feature instead of having to manually copy the project files to the server and open them from there.
