My project is the first/only Free Open Source 3D Model of Dealey Plaza. We are Not-for-Profit (and dirt poor, I may add). We received a donation of the laser point cloud files collected for this program:

and we expect (hope!) to get more complete data.
Users have given Krakatoa very enthusiastic recommendations.
I downloaded both the MAX plugin and the standalone application, plus Sequoia.
It seems that I need the appropriate license. What is the procedure?
