Importing archived jobs error

I’m on version 10.2

I’m trying to import an archived job, and the monitor will auto-delete it within 10-15 seconds of importing it, The Same thing happens when I try to undelete the job as well. Is this a known issue? Any possible fixes?

Have you maybe got job cleanup enabled and House Cleaning running really frequently? That’d be set in the Monitor under Tools → Configure Repository Options → Job Settings → Job Cleanup for the cleanup setting. And in the Monitor under Tools → Configure Repository Options → House Cleaning → House Cleaning to see how often House Cleaning is trying to run.

To avoid causing trouble I’d only adjust the Job Cleanup if you need to touch either setting. That way anything that’s working off of the House Cleaning events won’t be touched, and Job Cleanup will pick back up once you’ve enabled it again.
