Install Bifrost on Deadline AMIs?

Hi all,

Has anyone tried to install the Maya Bifrost plugin on top of the latest Thinbox-provided Maya 2022/Arnold Linux AMI (ami-0bc705167c064477e)?

I tried SSHing into a box and installing using the .run installer available on the Autodesk AREA site (Bifrost_2.2.1.3_Maya2022_Linux.run), but there seems to be some missing dependency/incompatibility preventing it from running:

2021-07-26 03:50:41: 0: WARNING: Strict error checking on, ignoring the following unrecognized error or warning. If it is fatal, please email support@thinkboxsoftware.com with the error message.

2021-07-26 03:50:41: 0: STDOUT: libtinfo.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (bifrostshellnode)

It seems like a preliminary scan of release notes suggests the versions should be compatible, so maybe this is an Autodesk problem. I also tried installing a libtinfo via sudo yum install ncurses-compat-libs and linking that into the Maya libs folder, but then the render job simply core dumped.

Has anyone else gotten Bifrost to work with this or previous AWS portal images? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
