install error

I am trying to install on 2011 64 and getting to following error.

It works all the way through then rolls back.

Any ideas?

Could i get a file dump to install manually?

Try running the installer at a command line like this:

msiexec /l*vx genome.log /i Genome_011_46705_x64.msi

And send the genome.log file to support@thinkboxsoftware.com.

It looks like you deselected the option to install the 3dsMax 2012 version of Genome, but it tried to add an entry in the plugin.ini anyways. I will fix this bug, but in the meantime you can avoid the rollback by making sure to install both the Max 2010/2011 and the Max 2012 plugins in the tree list of installable components.
