Install issue

I’m sure this is something glaringly obvious but i can’t fix it on my end.
I had an eval version installed that ended. Uninstalled that version rebooted installed the latest build.
All clear eh?

Launch 3ds max 2009x64 and it says runtime error no such macro script: createfrost.
odd – go to check out the location of the createfrost which is installed in the thinkbox\frost folder – it’s there.
go to check the startup script to make sure it got installed in the proper max folder and its there.

me being me and trying to handle it before asking on here, i tried to see if i could just do a run script and run
the createfrost, well then that popped up another error and highlight line 10: startObjectCreation Frost.

any clues on a fix?

I’m looking into this now.

Does Frost still appear in the Create panel, under the Thinkbox category?

(This is unrelated, but please note that you shouldn’t need to uninstall Frost before installing a new version – just exit 3ds Max and run the installer.)
