Installation Issues

Hi I’ve updated the license file and restarted the license server. However the install is only getting as far as the license screen. I have frost installed on the same license and it is running ok.

The most likely problem is that you’re using an older version of our license server, and you’ll need to update to a newer version.

If updating the license server doesn’t work:

  1. Start Sequoia.
  2. When the “License Settings” dialog appears, press the “Details…” button.
  3. A “License Error Details” dialog should appear. Please copy the text from this dialog box, and send it to us through our ticket system.
