Interoperability with C4D Release 20

Hi Everyone,

Krakatoa C4D 2.9.6 has just been released. It adds support for R19, R20, and R21. You can obtain it from downloads.thinkboxsoftware.com, but you will need to contact thinkbox-sales@amazon.com to get a new 2.9 license.
