Pulse seems to do this as part of house cleaning. It takes around 10-20 seconds per job to clean it up (i suspect due to grabbing all the reports etc).
With around 1500-2000 jobs per day, this means that i cant really tweak the ‘cleanup jobs after this many days’ property, as it would hang up the pulse housecleaning for at least 1500x10 seconds = ~4 hours
