Hi,
I was looking at the new ‘Job Batch’ property but I can’t find a way to set it when submitting a job, only by launching the monitor and editing the job properties. Is it possible to set this any other way? Apologies if I’m missing something, but I couldn’t find any clues in the ‘Manual Job Submission’ docs.

For doing manual submission you can add the property BatchName to the job info file. I do not believe we have added anything to most of the submitters to add them yet.

I know this has been touched on in the past, but are there plans to eventually allow nesting of batches?
I’m sure we’ll explore this eventually, but it’s not something that’s on the short term roadmap. If I had to fathom a guess at this point, it would have to be a post-Deadline 8 feature.
