Hi,
We had a job fail on our render farm with no errors. I looked through the history, and no errors were cleared either. When attempting to resume the failed job, nothing happened. As you can see from the history log, we tried multiple times.
We resubmitted the tasks that hadn’t yet completed, and that went fine, but we’d like to know why this happened.

This is quite strange. If you still have the job in the queue, can you right-click on it and archive it, and then post the archive? We could import it here and see if anything stands out.

So… I just tested clearing reports here, and it turns out that isn’t logged to the job’s history. So it’s possible that someone just deleted the reports. We’ll need to fix that so that an entry is logged.
Thanks for sending us the test job. The strange thing is that I imported it here, and it came in as Queued. I was then able to mark it as failed and resume it without any problems.
Just to make sure that archiving/importing failed jobs works as expected, I archived a failed job in our queue and then imported it again, and it was imported in the Failed state.
So I’m a little bit stumped on this one… Maybe we just keep an eye out for it to see if it happens again?
