job history max number of entries?

Is there a maximum number of entries for job histories? If there is, could it be lifted? :slight_smile:

While trying to troubleshoot some job oddities, i’ve noticed that the early entries for the job have been “rolled off”… we have some auto processing on jobs using the restAPI, which leave lots of entries in the job histories, and it seems like the early entries are not accessible anymore

If I remember correctly, the cutoff is about 5,000 entries. I think the reason is to keep performance because it’s not in its own collection. It’s configurable here:

I’m told there was a bug where we were limiting the count the the value in “Slave History”. That’ll be fixed once SP13 rolls out.
