Job Monitor - status of single task

Is it possible to add a progress bar to the job monitor that shows the progress of each task of each job?

This is mainly important for Quicktime renders which only have one task.

Are you referring to the small “Job Monitor” or the main Monitor? We are likely doing away with the Job Monitor in Deadline 6, so it’s unlikely we’ll be making any changes to it. :slight_smile:

In that case, could it be possible to get a more accurate progress indicator for the whole job, without having to recurse into the job’s tasks?

I would like to see how far along a job is accurately, rather than just based on the number of tasks completed. In my case this is usually 0/1 (0%) or 1/1 (100%)

We have a web UI up that provides this but it would be nice to see it in the Monitor app.

We’ve added this to the todo list for 6. We would like to see this too, so if time permits, we will implement it.
