Seems like the graph isnt updating properly. Have 16 jobs total from 3 users, but only 2 are shown in the graph:
Auto updating/sorting is turned on. If i disable the graph mode on that panel, i see all the jobs properly
Sally is a new user btw, she submitted to the farm already, but hasnt yet opened the monitor, so she doesn’t show up in the user list:
Thanks! Looks like the new users simply aren’t being recognized by the Monitor until a restart. We’ll look into it.
Figured it out. When a new user submits a job to Deadline, default user settings are not created for them, which means that the user still doesn’t “exist” in Deadline based on the user collection. The quick filters and the graphs are based on the user names in the user collection, which is why Sally doesn’t appear.
We’ve fixed it internally so that default user settings are now created when a new user submits a job, and we’ll include this fix in the next beta.
