jobsData not cleaned well?

Hi all,



We had some renders (Using commandScript from DeadLine) using the old ‘command.txt’ file left by an old script execution. Is it possible to clean the [Drive:]\Deadline\slave\jobsData\ folder at end of each tasks?

I found the problem... After some time of debuging on one machine and cancelling a job.

When a task is canceled, the file 'command.txt' stay open by the slave. When he go for another job, the file can't be replaced. And the render continue with this old file.

The only way to correct this problem is to restart the slave on the machines... :( Darn.

Yes, it is a bug. We’ve addressed the issue and the fix will be included

in the next release of Deadline. We apologize for the
