KFSM doesn't draw when file is missing

Using the 1.0.102.30425 build in max 9sp1 x64.

If I have a PRT in the PRT Loader that is not available (in my case the disk is unavailable) the Krakatoa File Sequence Manager fails to draw the grid that shows the files and details.

When I remove the PRT that is invalid, the KFSM draws fine with the remaining good PRT files listed.

Since I was planning on using the KFSM to re-path the files to their alternate share, this seems a likely use case.

Here is the patch.

Please copy both files into your Krakatoa\Scripts folder and restart Max.
