This is not the final-final build, but it is the RC3 we will be running at Siggraph.
Any bugs found during the presentations will be fixed after we return from the convention.
The following changes and fixes have been made in this build:
*Fixed a lock up when deforming meshes with meshes using the Krakatoa Skin Wrap.
*Removed the >Scale Material using Material Opacity option from the Main Controls. Particle Density will now ALWAYS be scaled by the Material Opacity. If you don’t want that, either provide 100% Opacity or use the Krakatoa Material which has a dedicated checkbox for this. (The Scale button in VFB extensions is still there for now, doing nothing). We had to reorder the UI a bit, so the >Use Lighting Pass Density is now a larger taller button with the label “>Use” to the left of the controls.
*Krakatoa Material now supports all particle source types, not just PRT Loader and PRT Volume.
*Fixed a rare but severe crash when the Preferences rollout was hidden, at least one rendering was performed and then the Render Dialog was opened.
*Fixed a rare bug where a PRT Loader Preset would persist when creating a new PRT Loader even when loading of Defaults was off.
