Added new control to the Krakatoa Camera Modifier to adjust the Mip-Mapping scale.

[*]When set to 1, the Bokeh effect will pick the Mip Map level with resolution that most closely matches the size of the circle of confusion, just like in RC1. However, when rendering with extreme DOF, some visible banding might become visible as particles in focus pick the lowest resolution texture and share the same color which is the average of all colors in the map.
When set to 2, 3 and higher, the circle of confusion size will be multiplied accordingly and particles in focus can pick one of multiple colors from a higher resolution level, leading to a noisier output, but without the visible banding between resolutions.
