Nothing that cripples anything.
Pflow operators file update/options are not showing up in the particle view right-click insert/append menus.
The test show up in the test menus.

The reason is that Krakatoa File Birth, Update and Options all appear in the Birth category of the menus. But the Birth category is not supported by the Insert/Append, just by the New category in the menu. We should make sure these operators, except for the Krakatoa File Birth, are actually marked as regular Operators and not as Fertile (Birth) Operators.
